Yes, a complete health check and blood report (not older than 3 months) are mandatory before starting any wellness program.

 

The first in-depth consultation (up to 30 minutes) involves a complete assessment of your health history, current lifestyle, lab results, and wellness goals.

Programs & Personalization

Yes, all our plans are highly personalized—tailored to your medical history, lifestyle, nutritional needs, and personal goals.

 

We offer programs for general wellness, chronic condition management, weight loss, pregnancy/postpartum care, kids nutrition, emotional well-being, and more.

 

Upgrades or program changes are not allowed once a plan begins. A new program can be started after completing the current one.

Nutrition & Lifestyle

You’ll receive a customized nutrition and lifestyle plan within 5 days after your first consultation.

 

No. We focus on practical, sustainable food and lifestyle habits—not restrictive or obsessive eating.

 

Yes. Based on your goals, your plan may include strength training, cardio, yoga, or movement routines.

Other Clinic Protocols

No extensions are provided. All sessions must be completed within the program duration.

 

Yes, with parental consent and involvement for those under 18.

 

Our approach combines nutritional science, behavioural strategies, and wellness counselling. Supplements or medications must be taken only with a doctor’s prescription.
